Dear recruiters, give chance to fresh graduate with no work experience.. I believe it is also for the benefits of the company to hire someone with zero experience..This is because zero experience means the candidate has zero influence on various things that various companies offer. this may include company's work culture, their wage package and their terms and conditions. therefore if the candidate has no experience in these things, it means you can modify them in what you want, make them the employee you want them to be. As a company your are less likely to face resistance from candidates with zero experience if you want to make them in a particular role and the opposite is true.. hiring someone who has been to various companies can sometimes make it difficult to get along with such candidates.. it is true you may be a largest company with good salary package.. but remember, some candidates values the way you treat them and not what you offer them as a salary. Meaning such candidates may not agree with you on how you conduct certain things towards your employees because they know better... you can avoid such resistance by just hiring someone who is fresh..zero experience.... zero knowledge on various company policies.. take it upon yourselves and train these new graduate so long they have qualification it also gives you pride as a company....MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST

Fresh graduate in the maintenance industry, new on the job, what do you do?If you are one of the graduate/ intern that has just landed a job, this might be for you, even those that are in a new role might find this insightful. Believe it or not we have all been there. If you are lucky enough, you might find systems that works or mentors that will guide you on your journey as you start your professional career. If not so lucky like I was, it becomes very challenging and frustrating, you have the passion, you are fired up with full of energy to conquer the world but everyone ignores you or don't pay much attention to you. You are least in people's priorities and the tasks handed to you looks far less than what you are trained for or simply you are left alone with no direction or what to do. I am here to tell you, don't get discouraged. Instead execute the seemingly non essential tasks deligent. Spend time understanding where the challenges/ problems are by interacting with the shop floor and seniors. Gather the data and do a pareto analysis. The pareto will aid you on what to focus on. The maintenance field is so broad such that it can be difficult on where to start from. Some simple data analysis skills might come in handy. Once you have identified the top issues that affect reliability or whatever performance benchmark being used, discuss this with your supervisor and you are likely to get more support and guidance. I have used this approach when I first started working as a graduate engineer and in any a new role that I have taken up. When I started my first job, my assignment was to understand the plant, familiarize with equipment, that was it no specifics 🤷🏽♂️. I was working with maintenance personnel fixing equipment and doing preventive maintenance🛠️. By gathering equipment failure data and analyzing the data, I was able to identify the major problem in my section, did a root cause analysis. I presented this to senior engineers and we were able to do a business case and resolved the problem. I didn't spend much time doing plant familiarization after this 😂. There is a saying that "we don't hire you to tell you what to do, we are hire you so that you can tell us what to do". Don't wait to be told what to do as fresh graduate, define your own path, the sky is the limit
